Can I see it working before I pay?+
Yes — boldpilot.club/demo opens a shared live workspace with real articles, a publishing calendar and a keyword list already in it. No account, no card. A few actions are switched off because the workspace is shared.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes, there's no lock-in contract. Cancel from your billing settings whenever you like and you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
How do websites and publish destinations relate?+
Each website you connect can have its own webhook or CMS destination (WordPress, Ghost, Shopify, etc.). Autopilot includes 1 website, so up to 1 publish destination — one per website.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards via our payment processor. Billing is handled securely — Bold Pilot never stores your card details.
What happens if I go over my plan limits?+
Article generation and website scans pause once you hit your monthly limit, and pick back up automatically on your next billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?+
We don't refund a billing period that has already started. You can cancel any time from billing settings — you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you're not charged again. If something went wrong on our side, reach out and we'll take a look.
