1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Bold Pilot (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Bold Pilot is a tool that analyzes your Google Search Console data to generate AI-assisted SEO blog content drafts and lets you publish that content to your own website (via a webhook you connect) with your approval.
3. User Responsibility
Content generated through the Service is created by AI and should be reviewed before publishing. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and decision to publish any generated content. Bold Pilot makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or outcomes of published content.
4. Subscription and Payment
Paid plans are offered as a monthly subscription through LemonSqueezy. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and payments already made for that period are non-refundable.
5. Service Interruptions
We do not guarantee that the Service will operate uninterrupted or error-free. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or third-party service providers (Google, Supabase, Anthropic, LemonSqueezy). No 100% uptime guarantee is provided.
6. Intellectual Property
You own the rights to the content you generate and publish through your account. All rights to Bold Pilot's own software, interface, and brand are reserved.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice in the event of misuse of the Service, violation of these terms, or unlawful activity.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bold Pilot is not liable for any indirect damages, data loss, or business loss arising from use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is".
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable United States courts.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Updates take effect once posted on this page.
